Hi Jeff.

I'm still trying to understand it myself. I didn't get a call back on Friday so I'll call again Monday to see if I can get an explanation.

It's sad that the borough finds the need to raise taxes as so many people are having a hard time just holding on to their homes. Maybe they would like to add to the foreclosure numbers.
And I wonder why they feel the need to add 15 employees? All for the landfills? Why not leave them contracted out?
And, finally, they stand to take in more money with the new building permit fees. I know that it didn't take any new employees to rubber stamp mine. Besides, the assessors will get there faster!
