I usually delete those comments because anonymity breeds contempt... This comment was anonymous in that the email was fake, but I think still deserves a response. "are you only looking in certain price ranges because I see a few SCREAMIN deals above $350000. there are a few with TONS of land that should be sold by now but agents are ignoring them and not showing them to their buyers in favor of their own high dollar listings!
